Obviously the crux of work at Phoenix is the polishing of metals. All metals from Iron to Titanium can be polished. Precision engineered parts that need polishing are processed here on a regular, almost daily basis. From just a one off, to batches of hundreds can be handled with ease and at very competitive rates. Stainless Steel is an obvious favourite for the polishing process. It can be taken from raw bar or plate form and brought to a shine of that better than chrome plate. Being stainless, it will obviously last better too. Whole ornamental fireplaces have been polished in the past, although this is quite a long and time-consuming process. Bike parts are another favourite here too. Everything from a nut and bolt to an entire frame can be polished. There are indeed many, many bikes in the Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum at New Milton in Hampshire, that have all had parts renovated, cleaned and polished from here.
